How Do I Upload Meal Plans in Cozi App
Meal planning just got easier!
If you have Cozi, you can add recipes to your Recipe Box past clicking on the "Meals" tab on the left hand menu.
This will open your Recipe Box (as you can see from the tabs beyond the top menu)
To add a new recipe, simply click +New recipe push button and begin filling in the data.
Y'all can also add recipes directly from a website y'all similar by installing the "Add together to Cozi Meals" push to your bookmarks bar! (I practise this all the time!)

Every bit you can run across below, Cozi will alphabetize your recipes.
I also similar to add "tags" to my recipes so I can search for what I need easier, for example; breakfast, lunch, snack, paleo, salad, chicken, dinner, easy, fast, dessert, THM (Trim Healthy Mama)
Once y'all have input your recipe, click save and y'all are done with this step!
In the center of the recipe (run across photo to a higher place of Quinoa Greek Salad) yous will notice a live link "Add ingredients to Cozi shopping list" this is a precious stone, correct here! If you click on this, it volition take you to your shopping lists:
Since I make a lot of lists, I like to date my weeks as seen the film above. Each time I add a recipe to my carte plan/calendar page, I can click on information technology and add all the ingredients to my shopping list. (Later I can get back and delete items like salt, pepper, water, etc. that I don't really need to shop for.)

Each time you add a recipe's ingredients to you listing, information technology will requite you a header (the proper name of the recipe) so you can see what y'all need for each recipe.

I so impress my carte du jour plan by clicking the PRINT button on the Cozi screen, followed past my Grocery list. To print the grocery list, I click on the Shopping tab on the left hand side carte. Then I click on the list I just created, so print. Unproblematic!
If y'all similar to take your grocery list separated by section of the shop, you tin can re-blazon your list, merely this is too much work for me! I simply accept four highlighters and mark my list. If you are like me and hop back and forth between eating styles, brand sure you tag your recipes equally you input them. My favorites are Paleo, THM (Trim Healthy Mama), Whole 30, gluten-costless, and no-sugar. I always tag my recipes because I can't depend on my retentiveness to think of the name of that awesomely amazing dessert I fabricated last week!

When I don't feel like filling out a carte plan or writing upwards a grocery listing, I can just go grab i of my old menu'south out of the binder and head to the store! Easy peasy!
